Ugly Houses

Have you ever been asked to list a house where you would be embarrassed to put your sign in the front yard?  Did it need extensive repairs and updating?  Maybe the furnace doesn't work anymore or the interior of the house is decorated in a 70's theme.  Does it smell like something crawled inside and died?

We're looking for ugly houses in respectable, safe neighborhoods.  The kind of neighborhoods with a solid base of "Blue Collar" buyers and renters.  If you refer a Seller to us and we buy the home, we'll pay you $500 in referral compensation.  Again, we don't want you to waste your valuable time sending us leads on homes that do not fit our "Ugly House" criteria.
